These Terms of Service govern your use of the Vox / Aeratus platform (the “Service”), provided by MB Instakademija (Kaunas, Lithuania). By using the Service you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of the service
Vox / Aeratus is an event management and registration platform that lets organisations create events, publish them on their own sites, accept registrations and manage attendee data. We may improve, change or extend the Service over time.
2. Accounts
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and not share them. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
3. Acceptable use
When using the Service you agree not to:
- violate laws, third-party rights or public order;
- post unlawful, misleading, harmful or offensive content;
- send spam or unsolicited marketing;
- attempt to bypass security measures, disrupt or overload the system;
- scrape or harvest data automatically without permission.
4. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
Some features are offered under a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe; by using paid features you also agree to Stripe's terms. Unless stated otherwise:
- subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term at the then-current rate;
- you may cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the paid term;
- the price shown is the total amount payable — no VAT or other tax is added at checkout;
- amounts for a term already started are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
Consumers (natural persons) may have a statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law; for digital content this right may lapse once the service begins with your consent.
5. Content and intellectual property
The platform software, design and trademarks belong to MB Instakademija or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these terms.
You retain ownership of content you upload to the platform (events, text, logos, etc.). By uploading it you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display and process it solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the legality of the content you upload.
6. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (e.g. Supabase, Stripe, email and hosting providers). Their availability and operation may be subject to their own terms, for which we are not responsible.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranty of uninterrupted, error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and secure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. Our aggregate liability under these terms will not exceed the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. for intent or gross negligence, or harm to life or health).
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by closing your account. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms or where required by law. On termination, your data is handled and deleted in accordance with the Privacy policy.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing that, by the courts of the Republic of Lithuania under applicable law. Consumers may also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority or use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will announce material changes on the site or by email before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
